My Cisco

Stay up-to-date with the latest Cisco information, presented just for you. My Cisco provides customized displays of information using modules that access content from across Cisco.com. You can choose the modules you want to view, and how you want to view them.

Learn the Basics

To view My Cisco:

  1. Anywhere on Cisco.com For quick, easy access to simple, critical data, you can assign modules to your My Cisco pulldown. It is located at the top right of most Cisco.com pages*.
  2.  

    To open My Cisco, click the arrow in the navigation bar.

  3. In-depth information: For more interactive data and expanded displays, you can assign modules to the My Cisco workspace. There are various ways to access this full-page view:
    • use the “Go to Workspace” link in the My Cisco pulldown
    • use the links provided on Cisco.com (Partner Central, Support, Ordering)
    • create a standard browser bookmark with: http://www.cisco.com/cisco/psn/web/workspace/

To get the most from My Cisco:

  • Log in to your Cisco.com account. You must be logged in to use most features or make changes to your preferences and settings.
  • Be aware of your session status and requirements. Some My Cisco settings are based on content selected during a session. A session starts when you arrive at Cisco.com and ends when you close your browser.
  • Hover over links or the information icon for help and extra controls.
  • Check My Cisco often. It remains open as you navigate through Cisco.com. To close it, click on the icon.

Customize Your Experience

Choose modules from the catalog and place them in your My Cisco pulldown or workspace. Modules can be positioned as you like. Information provided by modules ranges from web content to Cisco database content.

Get Started

Open the My Cisco pulldown and click Add More, or
Access My Cisco workspace
The first time you access My Cisco workspace, you will be sent directly to the module catalog, where you can choose modules to include in your workspace.
